Description
Untreated C16 Timber – 75 x 225mm (Nominal) / 70 x 220mm (Finished)
This robust 9×3 carcassing timber is C16-graded and kiln-dried for structural stability. With eased corners for easier handling and a smoother finish, it’s ideal for use in demanding structural applications such as floor joists, roof construction, and heavy-duty framing.
The larger cross-section offers excellent load-bearing performance where strength and span are critical. Supplied untreated, this timber is best used in dry internal conditions or protected environments.
